Simplified and automatic registration thanks to the QR code
(Under development)
Visitors can check in by scanning a QR code at the entrance without having to ask a member of the front desk. Following the scan, the visitor registers his contact information and his appointment time.
The tool takes into account the time planned by the visitor and, in case of non-registration of his exit, warns him by email so that he can make the necessary arrangements.
The module can also be programmed to manage future appointments directly from the platform by the person in charge of receiving the appointment.
